SHIPPING POLICY

  • We ship all orders via Royal Mail
  • Every shipment will be Royal Mail Tracked with a signature ( 2 - 5 business days )
  • Orders will be dispatched to the customer address entered at checkout only, please ensure your address is correct when checking out as we are not liable for address mistakes.

  • If your parcel has not arrived or you think it has been lost you need to inform us within 7 days of the expected delivery date from your tracking email (please reference your full name and order number).

  • If you chose to leave your parcel in a safe space and your order is delivered, pictured in a safe space and goes missing, this is your responsibility. We can not be held accountable for the loss of the parcel.
